Sweet potato chips with chilli powder, garlic and cumin are a spicy and sweet snack! If it's the wrong time of the year for barbecuing - you can cook them under the grill.
For even spicier sweet potatoes, use 2 tablespoons chilli oil and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
