Simple pancakes

    I started making pancakes with my nan while I was little and I just really enjoy making these.

    Serves: 6 

    • 190g plain flour
    • 200ml milk
    • 2 free range eggs
    • butter, for frying

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Add the flour in a large bowl and then add the milk and eggs. Whisk till smooth.
    2. Add some butter to your pan over medium high heat, ensuring the butter covers the bottom of the pan.
    3. Pour a small amount of pancake batter into the pan and cook till bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are a bit dry. Flip and cook till golden.
    4. Repeat with remaining batter.
