    About this recipe: Slice a cabbage into wedges, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and roast until tender. That's all you need to do to make this delicious roasted cabbage dish.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1 cabbage, sliced into six wedges
    • 6 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7.
    2. Brush each cabbage wedge on both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 40 to 55 minutes.
