    A classic Victorian sponge cake

    • 6oz self raising flour.
    • 6oz of granulated sugar
    • 6oz butter lightly melted
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 10 inch baking trays


    1. Put ur sugar and butter in a bowl and mix it until fluffy
    2. Next add ur flour and egg to make the batter with the vanilla extract
    3. After separate it to ,two 10 inch round baking trays
