An easy and quick recipe to get molten chocolate in a cup, using a microwave. For an even more delicious version, you can place a tablespoon of caramel sauce with salted butter in the middle before microwaving.

3 tablespoons plain flour
2 tablespoons caster sugar, more to taste
3 tablespoons unsweetened powder cocoa
3 tablespoons milk
30g butter, melted
few drops vanilla extract

Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in a cup until smooth.
Cook in microwave for no more than 70 seconds at 1000 watts. The inside should remain well molten.
