About this recipe: A North Eastern Scottish turn. A 'little' easier on the arteries than its cousin 'The Scotch Fry'! This recipe is just a guideline for the main ingredients to make it official you can always choose your own adds of black pudding, white pudding, haggis, link sausages, hash browns, etc. Served with 'Moray Cup' (red fizzy drink available up North!) instead of the traditional can of 'Irn-Bru'.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1

    • 1 square / lorne sausage
    • 1 rasher smoked or un-smoked bacon
    • 1 egg
    • 1 mushroom
    • 1/2 large tomato
    • 1 girdle scone
    • 1 fruit pudding
    • 1 serving beans

    1. Lightly fry the bacon while pre-heating the oven to keep the bacon warm after frying.
    2. Place the sausage in the bacon fat after removing the bacon, placing it in the oven as to keep it warm.
    3. Add the other fry-able ingredients a second frying pan to cook.
    4. After ingredients look half cooked, get your beans simmering.
    5. Serve once everything is cooked.
