Creamy , semi smooth, Coco-nutty Korma Sauce

    I Like my Korma Coco-nutty and Creamy & Semi smooth , so I did bit of a improviastion on a basic recipe i must say its rather yummy ! Makes a big batch

    • 800ml coconut milk ( 2 tins 400ml)
    • 100g desiccated coconut
    • 2 table spoons of Patak korma paste
    • 1 onion


    1. Fry off onion so nice and soft
    2. add Paste , coconut milk and coconut to onions ( mix well )
    3. bring to simmer for about 15 minutes
    4. In a blender blend the sauce so its really fine and smooth ( or to a texture you like ) this can take many attempts of stopping testing and blending just bare with it)
    5. Once you have desired texture pour back in to a pan and the type of raw meat you wish to use to the mix and simmer till the meat is cooked


    each time you add a flavour or blend keep testing what it tastes like and adjust to what you like .
