    • 2 bananas
    • 5 large kale leaves, stems removed
    • 220g frozen blueberries
    • 120ml almond milk
    • 120ml water
    • 3 tablespoons milled flaxseed
    • 2 dates, pitted, or more to taste

    1. Combine bananas, kale, blueberries, almond milk, water, flaxseed and dates in a blender; blend until smooth.
