I made these but added some minced garlic, garlic powder and onion powder to the cream cheese filling. I used half a slice of bacon. I used a disposable decorator bag to pipe the filling down the bacon for a mess free application! These turned out great!  -  02 Jan 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This recipe idea is genius! I cooked the bacon on a wire rack in the oven for 20 minutes then took out to cool. I added chopped pickled jalapeños to the cream cheese, little less sugar, then rolled them up. Once rolled I sprinkled just a little brown sugar on top and fresh crushed black pepper. I cooked them for 15 more minutes and they were perfect & delish! I served them with Chile sauce on the side and celery sticks.  -  17 Feb 2019  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

I had my doubts while they were cooking because the cream cheese mixture leaks out and the bacon rolls are in a lagoon of it. However, they tasted really really good and I will definitely makes these again.  -  20 Jan 2019  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
