Dairy free green smoothie

    Pak choi, broccoli, coconut, chia seeds and ginger are blended with coconut water and frozen banana in this healthy green smoothie.

    Serves: 1 

    • 240ml coconut water
    • 1 frozen chopped banana
    • 1 apple, cored
    • 1 large leaf pak choi or handful of chopped kale
    • 2 tablespoons sliced broccoli florets, or to taste
    • 1 tablespoon grated coconut
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1 (2.5cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled
    • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)

    1. Combine coconut water, banana, apple, pak choi, broccoli, coconut, chia seeds, ginger and spirulina powder in a blender; blend until smooth.


    Hemp seeds can be used in place of chia seeds. Water can be used in place of the coconut water.
