Honey barbecue marinade

This marinade is perfect for using as a glaze for barbecued meat, or as a beef jerky base.

Ingredients
Makes: 425 ml marinade, approximately
- 250g natural honey
- 135g tomato sauce or ketchup
- 60g butter
- 1 tablespoon vingear
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

- Add all ingredients to a pan and heat until all the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
- Leave to cool and use on a meat of your choice.
Tip
If you like a bit of spice, add in chilli flakes or paprika to suit.
