White chocolate glaze


    This white chocolate runny icing or glaze is ready in 10 minutes and is perfect for topping cakes, cupcakes and muffins.

    Serves: 6 

    • 200g white chocolate, broken up
    • 5 tablespoons milk
    • 160g icing sugar

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Place chocolate and milk in a heatproof bowl. Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and allow chocolate to melt, stirring regularly.
    2. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the sugar. Mix until glaze is smooth. Spread on cupcakes or cakes while still warm.
