2 cans of chopped tomatoes
as much pasta you will need to serve your family, guests, etc...
3 tsp of oregano
occasional pinches of slat and pepper

first start slicing and dicing your peppers until it's the size you want.
Then dice your onions until you're happy with the shape and size.
Next crush your garlic cloves and slice them.
add all these ingredients into a bowl whilst you prepare your chicken anyway you want.
Fry your chicken adding pinches of salt and pepper whilst it fries, don't forget to add an oil of your choice.
throw in all your ingredients that are in your bowl into the pan with your chicken.
fry all of your vegetables and chicken until you can see a change in the color eg. mine went a light shade of brown.
Now add your peeled tinned tomatoes one by one and cook this till it's warmed all the way through.
next boil your kettle and add enough water to cover the pasta, boil this till its nice and soft. (10 minutes it took me).
add your pasta to a baking dish and stir in a little bit of sauce then add a cheese of your choice on top of your sauce. add the rest of your pasta to the source and put in the baking dish and put some more cheese on top.
put the rest of your pasta into the sauce and mix it all together. put it in the baking dish and put some more cheese on top.
cook this at 170C for 10-15 minutes or at least till you think its ready then serve in a bowl and enjoy!
you can add and take out ingredients depending o your family or guests taste buds.
