Fruit and veg smoothie

    This is a quick and easy way to get your recommended fruit and vegetables intake in one go! Spinach and broccoli are blended with grapes, oranges, peaches and milk in this fruit and vegetable smoothie.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 150g strawberries
    • ice cubes
    • 1 orange, peeled and halved
    • 1 carrot, roughly chopped
    • 1/2 banana
    • 80g grapes
    • 80g frozen peach slices
    • 80g frozen pineapple chunks
    • 80g frozen broccoli florets
    • 15g fresh spinach leaves
    • 120ml milk, or as needed

    1. Blend strawberries, ice cubes, orange, carrot, banana, grapes, peach slices, pineapple chunks, broccoli florets, spinach and milk together in a high-powered blender until desired consistency is reached, adding more milk if needed.
