    Too many lemons, so here's my adapted mojito recipe using lemon instead of lime.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 50ml white rum
    • 5g mint leaves and tender stalks
    • 20g lemon flesh
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
    • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
    • fizzy water

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Put all ingredients except water into a liquidiser. Blend well.
    2. Pour though a sieve into a glass over ice.
    3. Top up to taste with fizzy water.

    Garnish

    Decorate with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
