Sweet and tangy, a lovely chicken dish. Very easy to prepare with just a few ingredients.

- 20g butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs

- Melt butter and stir in honey, paprika and lemon juice.
- Pour over the chicken and bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 12 minutes. Baste with the sauce and cook another 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with remaining sauce poured over and enjoy!
