Tropical papaya smoothie

    Simple, tasty and refreshing smoothie with papaya, orange and banana. For a more tropical taste, add some coconut milk or even some desiccated coconut.

    • 1 papaya - peeled, seeds removed and cut into chunks
    • 1 large orange, peeled
    • 1 banana, peeled
    • 5 or 6 ice cubes
    • milk or juice, as needed

    1. Combine fruit and ice cubes in a blender and blitz till smooth. Add milk or orange juice as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
