Ragnaros smoothie cocktail


    It's a sunny day inside your glass, it's also jam packed full of goodness! Alcohol is also totally optional! This recipe should make about 750ml and contains 2 of your 5-a-day in every 250ml.

    • 4 apples
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 lime wedge
    • 1 peach
    • 1 mango
    • 1 passion fruit
    • 70ml orange juice
    • 50ml vodka (optional)

    1. Wash all your fruit. Peel, core and remove the seeds from all four apples. Cut the apples in half and discard one half of one apple. (You can eat this, use it for garnish, or give it to your pet bunny if you have one.)
    2. Cut the three and a half apples further into smaller chunks and then blend them up into a puree in your blender.
    3. Peel your two bananas, slice one and a half of your bananas and add this to your blender and blend again until evenly mixed. Discard or eat the other half of the banana.
    4. Squeeze lime juice into the blender.
    5. Cut your peach into six and add one slice into the blender. Blend this again into the mix evenly.
    6. Cut your mango into four and cut or peel away the skin. Add three pieces of mango to the blender and blend until smooth and mixed in.
    7. To prepare your passionfruit, cut the fruit in half wiith your fruit knife and scoop out the edible seeds and juicy flesh that surrounding them. If you don't like seeds, scoop into a sieve held over a bowl. Push the seeds against sieve with a spatula or back of a wooden spoon, to extract all the juice and flesh. Add the passionfruit to your mix and blend well.
    8. Add in the 70ml of orange juice to the blender and blend well.
    9. This step is optional. Add in 25ml of vodka to the mix and blend well. You can always add more to the mix to your preferences.
    10. Chill in the fridge for a few hours and serve with a small amount of ice.

    Cook's note

    All fruit which is leftover can be eaten by itself if you wish to.
