Chicken and leek bake with celery mash


    Chicken and leek in creamy wholegrain mustard sauce topped with celery infused mash potato . Serve on own or with a veg or two of your choice......

    • 3 celery sliced
    • 3 leeks sliced
    • 2 chicken breasts cubed
    • Medium pan of potatoes
    • 1tbsp butter 2tbsp flour
    • 1tbsp wholegrain mustard
    • 300ml chicken stock
    • 150ml ish cream


    1. Fry chicken till golden then put in bottom of chosen baking dish
    2. Fry leeks in a little butter set aside
    3. Fry 2 sliced celery in same butter set aside
    4. Add tbsp butter and 2 tbsp flour to pan make rue add chicken stock and creamand tbsp mustard pour over chicken peices
    5. Then put fried leek on top of chicken and sauce
    6. Boil potatoes with the last sliced celery in same pan then mash up and mix in the set aside celery ...cover leeks with mash mixture top with salt pepper and sprinkle of cheese if you wish cook 30 ish mins 180 electric fan ....serve piping hot with chosen vegg
