Avocado salsa on seeded toast.

    A lovely fresh avocado toast idea for a healthy start to the day!

    • 1/2 Avocado chopped
    • 1/4 red onion finely chopped
    • 1tbsp fresh coriander chopped
    • 4 cherry tomatoes chopped
    • Sprinkle of chilli flakes to preferred taste
    • 1 Slice of seeded bread toasted
    • 2tbsp low fat houmous
    • 1/4 lime juice


    1. Toast your seeded bread and then spread with the houmous.
    2. Mix all your chopped ingredients together in a bowl, squeeze over your lime juice and add your chilli flakes to your preferred taste.
    3. Top your toast with your salsa and enjoy!
