fizzing apple and blueberry juice

    A deliciously bubbly and uniquely textured drink. Slightly out of the ordinary and perfect for summer garden parties. Serve chilled and with a cube or two of ice. This mixture can be used as a base for many things, as described in the recipe.

    • 6 glasses of unflavoured, carbonated water
    • 150g fresh blueberrys
    • 3 fresh apples


    1. Freeze the blueberry until firm and chill the apples so they are cooled through.
    2. Peel and core the apples.
    3. Blend together the frozen blueberry's then add in the apples.
    4. When all of the fruit is blended, add in the carbonated water, blend for a further minute or until everything is combined.
    5. To make a slushie, freeze the mixture until solid, then blend the ice and add in a small amount of carbonated water or apple juice. Top with fresh mint leaves and several blueberries.
    6. Use this mix to make flavored ice cubes or ice lollies and many other things.
