milk chocolate brownies

    Ingredients

    • 60g self raising flour
    • 100g caster sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 50g milk chocolate
    • 50g butter

    Method

    1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bowl above boiling water
    2. Add a well mix egg and stir until gooey
    3. pour in the flour and sugar mix well until no lumps
    4. bake for 25/30 minutes in a preheated of of 180%
    5. leave to cool for a few minutes and cut into slices
