Delicious Spongy Castella Cake!

This is a very good fool-proof recipe that anyone can make! It only requires the simplest ingredients in your fridge right now and it comes out very lovely and nice. Lovely with a cold glass of milk or some coffee!

Ingredients
- 85g All-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 110g caster sugar
- 2Ts honey
- 2Ts milk
Method
- Put eggs and sugar and beat with electric mixer until the size doubles.
- Add milk and honey and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
- Sift the flour and slowly mix .
- Put the mixture in the square tin and bake in preheated (180 degrees) oven for 20 minutes.
- Lower the heat to 160 degrees and bake for 20 more minutes.
- Take it out, let it cool and enjoy!
Tip
Top Tip: It says to bake in a square tin in the recipe, but if you want bite-size castella cake, try baking it in little cupcake papers!
