This is a very good fool-proof recipe that anyone can make! It only requires the simplest ingredients in your fridge right now and it comes out very lovely and nice. Lovely with a cold glass of milk or some coffee!
Top Tip: It says to bake in a square tin in the recipe, but if you want bite-size castella cake, try baking it in little cupcake papers!
