Stuffed dates for Ramadan

    During Ramadan we often eat these stuffed dates to break the fast.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 20 

    • 20 pitted dates
    • 20 skinned whole almonds, toasted
    • 200g creme fraiche
    • skinned chopped almonds, toasted, for garnish

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Stuff each date with a toasted almond.
    2. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving plate and spoon a little bit of creme fraiche over each date. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds and serve.
