1 (400g) tin chickpeas, drained and 60ml of liquid reserved
25g freshly chopped coriander
80g chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice (or lime juice)

Pulse chickpeas, coriander and onion in a blender or food processor until roughly chopped; stir. Add garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper and sea salt; pulse, adding reserved chickpea liquid until desired thickness is reached. Pour olive oil and lemon juice into houmous and stir.
