2-ingredient banana pancakes

    Delicious gluten-free and dairy-free pancakes using only 2 ingredients that probably every home has. Perfect to make for the kids as a healthy treat. U can go crazy with which ever toppings u fancy or eat them plain. The young and old will love them alike.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 medium bananas
    • 2 medium eggs
    • oil or butter for griddling

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Mash up the bananas. Add the eggs and beat well.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
    3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture to the griddle for each pancake.
    4. Cook on both sides till golden brown. Note that you cannot flip these like normal pancakes as they are very delicate. It's best to use a really thin spatula for flipping.

    Tips

    Youi can add toppings of your choice to the uncooked side of the pancake before flipping.
