A hearty beef goulash cooked in the oven, full of flavour and extremely filling. I've had this recipe for well over 20 years. I got it from an old family friend and to this day I still make this exactly as it was given, it's delicious just as it is!
When I make this I usually double up on ingredients and use what's left over as pie filling. I've also tried it with red wine and it just doesn't taste the same but it may appeal to others, my family love it as it is. I also individually coat each chunk of beef in the seasoned flour slightly pressing it in the flour before frying. Happy cooking everyone and I hope you enjoy.
