    • Blueberries
    • Nectarines
    • Sugar
    • Golden Syrup
    • Shortbread biscuit


    1. Mix sugar, golden syrup and a spoon of water in a heavy pan, Bring to the boil and wait till the colour changes
    2. Pour on to heat resistant non-stick mat
    3. Allow to cool, then reduce to fine powder in a blender
    4. Sift the blended powder in to your mould of choice, Heat until becomes liquid and fills mould,
    5. Allow to cool
    6. Assemble the desert
    7. Another variation with grated chocolate
