6 tablespoons plain kefir
1/2 apple, grated
4 strawberries, diced
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

Combine oats and kefir in a small bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate until oats soak up the kefir and thicken, 8 hours to overnight.
Stir apple and strawberries into the oats. Add honey to reach desired level of sweetness.
