Really easy tomato basil soup

This is a really easy way to jazz up a tin of condensed tomato soup by adding fresh onion, garlic, basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Add milk or water if soup is too thick.

    1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook and stir onion and garlic until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato soup and bring to the boil.
