Healthy olive spread Vanilla cupcakes


    These are vanilla cupcakes which are made with olive spread instead of butter. Makes 12 cupcakes

    • 175 grams of olive spread
    • 175 grams of caster sugar
    • 2 tea spoons of vanilla
    • 3 eggs
    • 175 grams of self raising flour


    1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius Add the olive spread and sugar in together. Mix until creamy
    2. Add the vanilla. Mix thoroughly in
    3. Add the three eggs and flour in. Whisk until creamy.
    4. Pour mixture into cupcake cases. And put in oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
