Caribbean mango chutney

    My mother is from the Caribbean and this is the chutney I grew up with. It's a lot easier to make than many other versions of chutney. No cooking - just blend all the ingredients together!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped
    • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1/2 habanero chilli pepper, seeded and chopped, or more to taste
    • 3 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste

    Method

    1. Blend mango, garlic, habanero chilli pepper, coriander, lime juice and salt in a blender until desired consistency is reached.

    Tip:

    Add water to the mixture if a thinner consistency is desired.
