    1. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
    2. Mash bananas in a large bowl using a fork. Add milk, egg, oil and vanilla extract; mix well.
    3. Stir banana mixture and chocolate chips into the flour mixture until pancake batter is blended but still slightly lumpy.
    4. Heat a lightly oiled pan or griddle over medium heat. Drop a ladle of pancake batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining pancake batter.
    5. Top pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream.

Great recipe! I substituted 2 TBS of plain Greek yogurt for the oil - turned out nice and moist.  -  12 Aug 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Yummy recipe, my wife, four kids and I loved it. I used the blender to make oat flour and used half oat flour and half regular flour. Next time I am going to cut the brown sugar in half and likely use whole wheat flour and oat flour with no chocolate chips or whipped cream and it should be a pretty healthy pancake recipe.  -  11 Jun 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
