Simple minted lamb burgers

    These minted lamb burgers are simple yet delicious. Serve on a toasted bun with lettuce and mint mayo, and fries or wedges on the side.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 500g minced lamb
    • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 teaspoon mint sauce
    • 1 egg
    • 50g breadcrumbs
    • olive oil for frying

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Mix ingredients together well.
    2. Form into burger patties, 2 large or 4 regular ones. Wet your hands to stop the meat from sticking.
    3. Fry burgers in hot olive oil until browned and cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes, flipping them once.
