This dish is a great introduction of herbs and spices to your little ones. It goes with most things i.e. Thai Jasmine rice, rice noodles or wrap. Not to mention that it is super quick and easy which is perfect for a mid week dinner or… after the Thai language teaching class in my case. Happy cooking 👩🏻🍳
Tip: -Put the crispy fried egg on the top for extra creaminess. -Don’t like spring onion? try the coriander instead.
