This recipe was very tasty. Actually my girlfriend is the one that cooked it. I noticed toward the end, she had the fajitas in a frying pan. She told me the sheet pan just didn't brown it enough. Perhaps pans and ovens vary, but in the end getting a little extra browning in the frying pan seemed to work best. In any case the flavor was really good and the whole family loved them. We served them on mini street taco size flour tortillas with some avocado, sour cream and fresh salsa. This one is a keeper  -  23 Apr 2018  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

We loved these! I made them 3 weeks ago for the first time...and then again today! When I first made them, my husband asked me if I could "always make fajitas like this"! Both times I used beef, and I did not use the cilantro (After checking at 3 different grocery stores, I gave up). I don't like much spice, and they are perfect for me... my husband loves spice, and they are perfect for him. Will definitely make again.  -  21 Apr 2018  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
