Delicious! I used 4 chicken breasts and doubled the seasoning. I didn’t use quite as much vegetable oil as called for. I baked for 20 minutes then broiled for 2 minuets. I didn’t have any cilantro or lime on hand but I did lightly drizzle with reconstituted lemon juice after it was done baking. Served with Spanish rice, sour cream & cheese.
