Loved how easy this recipe was. I used some sliced S/B chicken breasts. I went with the exact amount of the seasoning, except for the salt that I doubled, and I cooked for 20 mn. The chicken and vegetables had released some of their juices and that might have been what caused this dish to taste under seasoned ?! Next time I will increase the heat to 425 and cook only for 15 mn.
