Ice cream topping with chocolate, argan oil and toasted almonds

    A delicious ice cream or dessert topping for bananas, cakes etc. Melted chocolate with is mixed with the nutty flavour of Moroccan culinary argan oil and crunchy toasted almonds.

    Serves: 1 

    • 40g flaked almonds
    • 40g chocolate
    • 2 scoops ice cream
    • 1 dessert spoon culinary argan oil
    • 1 small pinch cayenne Pepper

    1. Toast the flaked almonds in a pan until golden.
    2. Place chocolate in a bowl and melt. Stir in argan oil. Optionally add a very small pinch of cayenne pepper for a chilli kick.
    3. Allow to cool a little, then pour onto your ice cream. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
