Ice cream topping with chocolate, argan oil and toasted almonds

A delicious ice cream or dessert topping for bananas, cakes etc. Melted chocolate with is mixed with the nutty flavour of Moroccan culinary argan oil and crunchy toasted almonds.

- 40g flaked almonds
- 40g chocolate
- 2 scoops ice cream
- 1 dessert spoon culinary argan oil
- 1 small pinch cayenne Pepper

- Toast the flaked almonds in a pan until golden.
- Place chocolate in a bowl and melt. Stir in argan oil. Optionally add a very small pinch of cayenne pepper for a chilli kick.
- Allow to cool a little, then pour onto your ice cream. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
