Dairy-free hot chocolate

    This quick and easy dairy free, vegan hot chocolate recipe is made with rice milk, vanilla extract and dark chocolate chips.

    • 475ml rice milk or other dairy-free milk
    • 125g vegan chocolate chips
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1. Combine rice milk, chocolate chips and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is hot, about 5 minutes.

    Suggestion:

    Add a chai tea bag to the saucepan for a chai-spiced hot chocolate.
