Quick fish burgers

    Using fish fingers makes the these fish burgers a quick and easy meal, all you have to do is bake them in the oven.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 6 fish fingers
    • 2 sesame seed bread buns
    • 2 cheese slices
    • 2 tablespoons tartare sauce

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 230 C / Gas 8. Place the fish fingers on a baking tray and bake until browned, about 15 minutes.
    2. Slice the buns and place the cheese slices on the bottom half of the buns. Using a large spatula place 3 fish fingers on each bun. Top each with 1 tablespoon tartare sauce and top with top part of the bun. Serve with fries.

    Tip

    Goes well with fizzy lemonade.
