Cranberry and almond energy bites

    Cranberry almond energy bites, made with dates and almond butter, are quick and easy to make. They are great for adding to lunch boxes.

    • 100g dried cranberries
    • 100g pitted dates
    • 100g flaked almonds
    • 60g ground almonds
    • 4 tablespoons almond butter
    • 1 teaspoon almond extract

    1. Place cranberries and dates in a food processor; pulse until a paste forms. Add flaked almonds, ground almonds, almond butter and almond extract; pulse just until mixture comes together.
    2. Wet hands with water and shape mixture into 2cm bite-size balls.
