Easter chick biscuits

    1 hour 35 min

Use a bird or chick biscuit cutter to make these soft, buttery biscuits for Easter. I used a few tiny drops of yellow, green and red food colouring in the icing to make pastel shades.

    2. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    3. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/2cm thick. Cut out biscuits with cookie cutter. Place on baking tray and bake until lightly coloured, 12 to 15 minutes. Don't let them get too dark. Let cool.
