Mixed berries with nut and seed crumble

    A crumbly mixture of nuts, seeds and dried fruit served with yoghurt and fresh berries. Make extra crumble and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 tablespoons chopped roasted hazelnuts
    • 2 tablespoons milled flaxseed
    • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
    • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 30g chopped dried apricots
    • 125g blueberries
    • 125g raspberries
    • 250g strawberries, hulled, quartered
    • 350g vanilla flavoured yoghurt

    1. Place the hazelnuts, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and apricots in a small food processor. Process until chopped finely.
    2. Place the berries in serving bowls. Sprinkle with half the seed and nut mixture. Spoon yoghurt on top and add the remaining seed and nut mixture.
