    Egg noodles with a hot sauce made with tomatoes and chilli.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 onion
    • oil for frying
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 green chilli
    • 4 tablespoons water
    • 250g egg noodles
    • 150ml ready made pasta and herb sauce
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons chilli powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon Frank's Red Hot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Chop the onion. In a frying pan put it in enough oil to thinly coat the onions. Stir until onions have become translucent.
    2. Roughly chop the tomatoes and chilli and add them in. Stir until tomatoes have become mushy. Add the water and allow it to simmer on a low heat till thickened. Turn it off and put it aside.
    3. Boil the noodles in a separate pot till al dente. Drain and put them aside.
    4. Turn the heat back on under the sauce and add the pasta and herb sauce. Then add all the seasonings, mix it well, and allow it to heat up.
    5. Put the noodles back into the sauce, mix it all together and enjoy.
