Four ingredients are all you need to make this easy pitta pizza with pesto and mozzarella cheese. Not a gourmet pizza by any means, but it's a quick and tasty snack or light dinner!

2 flat pitta breads or plain naan breads
4 tablespoons basil pesto
120g grated mozzarella cheese
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
Method Prep:10min › Cook:20min › Ready in:30min
Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Place pitta breads on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned and slightly crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Spread pesto onto each pitta bread and top with grated cheese and tomato slices.
Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes more.
