I've made these many times & the result is always the same... a delicious, naturally sweetened, healthy snack! There are endless variations. My favorite is to swap out some of the dates for dried cranberries. I add the cranberries after the dates are somewhat mixed to maintain some intact pieces of cranberries. I also reduce the amount of coconut oil by half & add a pinch of salt.
