Slice onions thinly and crush the garlic cloves in a machine or just use a knife.
Add the onions and garlic in a deep pan with oil and mix. Wait till they go gold brown but dont burn them.
Next add in the keema and wait till it goes brown and the water absorbs this will take about 10 to 15mins. But mix throught to stop it from sticking.
Crush the green chilles in a machine and add the when the keema is cooked. Also at this point add in the tin tamatoes and mix and just wait till they cook and go soft.
Next add in all the maslas etc... turmeric, red chilli, garam masla and cumin and nix the mixture.
After about 15mins add in half or more than half of the lasanga sauce and half of the white sauce and just mix it all.
At this point add in the veg by the way you must boil the veg in water for 5 mins then add in the veg . Also add in the cubed patatoes and mix. Cooke until the patatoes are nice and soft but not too soft. Or you can boil them in water for 5mins and then add them that will be quicker. After that add in some grated cheese and turn off the heat.
Now to layer your lasanga you can use pre cooked sheets or put your sheets in some hot water near to boiling with some oil so they dont stick. To layer your lasnaga get your tray and spray some veg oil to avoid from sticking and put some of the keema mixture on the add your sheets on top then on top of the sheets add some lasnga sauce and white sauce and some cheese repeat this until you get till the tow add some cheese and pepper and bake it it for 20 mins
Enjoy! You can serve the lasnaga with chops or mash patato or veg.
