Tikka of tandori chiken (my way)

    This is one of the recipies you can prepare when you go to a picknick

    • Chiken bresst 7
    • Brochette stiks
    • 2 pots of yoghurt
    • 1 teaspoon of dry belle pepper
    • 1 tablespoon of curcuma
    • 1 teaspoon of dry garlic
    • 1 teaspoon of dry parsley
    • 1 teaspoon of cummin
    • 1 teaspoon of cardamomo
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • Vegetables
    • Onion 1
    • Red bell pepper 1


    1. Cut the chicken's brests in 2 cm squares. Preheat the oven 180°C
    2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, the yoghurt and the Olive oil. then put the chicken and cover it with the yoghurt mix let rest half an hour.
    3. Cut the onion in to not so big squares and do the same with the pepper
    4. Put in the sticks a piece of chiken an onion and a pepper and repeat it til the stick is full and do the same with the other brochette sticks
    5. Put them in the oven til they are cook
