In a bowl combine the honey, mustard and lemon juice, and mix. Add the halloumi cubes and turn over to coat well. Leave to marinate for half an hour if you like (I didn't because I was hungry and there was no time to lose!).
Dice up your onions and peppers and heat up some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Throw in the halloumi when oil is nice and hot, followed by the onions and pepper. Fry until halloumi is a bit browned and crispy, and the pepper and onion are soft.
Throw it in a wrap with a bit of lettuce and enjoy!
