    • 1 tablespn chopped spinach, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, green chillies sliced
    • 1tspn vinegar,
    • 1 tspn garlic paste
    • 1 glass of milk
    • 1tsp of oregano
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 1/2 tspn of butter
    • 2 cups semi boiled pasta
    • 1 tspn black pepper (crushed)


    1. First toast all the vegetables on the frying pan,without butter.
    2. Then add the milk and vinegar and let it cook for 5 mins on high flame,then immediately add in the semi boiled pasta.let it cook gor 5-7 mins on medium flame.
    3. Then add salt,oregano,black pepper,butter,give it a good mixing
    4. Serve with garlic bread
