White sauce veggie pasta

    Pasta with all types of different vegetables in a white sauce.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon chopped spinach
    • 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped olives
    • 1 tablespoon sliced green chillies
    • 240ml milk
    • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 200g semi boiled pasta
    • salt to taste
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
    • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper

    Method

    1. First toast all the vegetables in an ungreased frying pan.
    2. Then add the milk, vinegar and garlic paste and let it cook for 5 minutes on high. Immediately add in the semi boiled pasta and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium.
    3. Then add salt, oregano, black pepper, and butter and give it a good mixing. Serve with garlic bread.
